there is also another beautiful book out there called “welcome with love.” about a homebirth. i got that for my son when i had my second – we delivered at a birth center and he was present.

That’s awesome. There is always room for more honest, open books about homebirth. When I was preparing my 2.5 year old son, we watched a ton of videos on youtube (nearly all of which have since been taken down for TOS violation…) since there weren’t many print resources available.
