		<description>Is orgasm during birth used for pain management (possibly as an alternative to drugs), or is it just considered another positive aspect of the birth in its own right?
I know orgasms are excellent for pain relief from period cramps, and work much faster than painkillers in that case. Is it similar for giving birth?</description>
